Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time of service and a credit card will need to be left on file before any services are provided. Check and cash payments are accepted and encouraged. However, if payment is not received within one statement cycle, the card on file will be processed for the full amount.
All accounts with current outstanding balances will be required to pay for all future treatment at time of service + a portion of their current outstanding balance in order for services to be provided.
All credit card transactions will be assessed a credit card processing fee of 3.5% at time of checkout. Checks/cash are accepted and encouraged and can also be dropped off or mailed to our office.
